Take a fresh look at the clouds,
the colors of sky at sunset and sunrise.
Look at the plants, trees, leaves, flowers
and how they sway when wind blows!
Look at water how it shakes and shapes
itself. Look at numerous forms of life;
insects, animals, birds and human.
This will clear off the dead memories
and monotony that kills the joy of living.

How Heavy is Your sack of Potatoes?

Let us take a potato and write on it a name of a person who has 'fallen from grace' with us.
Do this for everyone who has upset or angered us and whom we have never been able to forgive.

When we have finished, let us gather all our potatoes and place them in a sack. Keep this sack next to us at all times:
Take it to work.
Take it to lunch.
Take it everywhere we go.
And also always have it with us at home.

How long would it take for us to grow tired of carrying this burden around?
How long would it take our potatoes to sprout into other things, fester and smell?
Would it not be nice to be free from the weight, stench, and constant reminder of hurt, disappointment, heartache, and anger?

By hanging on to things that are unpleasant, we create more anguish for ourselves.
When we forgive someone, we free ourselves from an oppressive load of negativity.

Forgiveness allows us to create peace and bliss in our lives.

So shall we have a look dear all, and see how heavy is our sack of potatoes?

Goals out-of-reach are motivating, goals out-of-sight are de-motivating
From a position a person can go up or go down

What is important is what person is heading for.

OPTIMISM IN ADVERSITY
Once an Optimist and a Pessimist were going through a jungle.
As they walked, they were trying to convince each other of their trait.
Then they suddenly fell down in a big pit with quick sand.
The Pessimist was scared and was thinking that the pit was deep.
The Pessimist told the optimist , “ See now we both are in the same state.”
The optimist told “May be. You are lamenting on what has happened.
I am looking up and trying to get out.”
So there lies the difference.

You got to be your best friend

Even if no one believes in you, you got to believe in yourself.
Even if no one likes you, you got to learn to like yourself.
Even if no one loves you, you got to learn to love yourself.

In fact, only when you learn to believe in yourself, the world will believe you.
In fact, only when you learn to like yourself, the world will begin to like you.
In fact, only when you learn to love yourself, the world will begin to love you.

All in all, how the world sees you will make only a small difference to you, but how you see yourself will make all the difference to you.

It only takes a minute to make a decision that will change the rest of your life, but it will take a lifetime to determine if that decision was the right one.
Life is too short to be cynical, So smile dare to believe, and leave the door open for the MAGIC..

The worst feeling is pretending you don’t care about something, when really it’s all you seem to think about.
